What are the reception opening hours?
En haute saison (juillet-août), la réception est ouverte de 9h à 19h tous les jours. En basse saison, elle est accessible de 9h à 12h et de 13h à 17h.
What do I do if I arrive after reception has closed?
Il faut le signaler lors de votre réservation ou directement à la réception. Vous pouvez nous en informer par téléphone au 05 48 22 00 49 ou par mail à auport@larmateurdusoleil.fr. Nous avons une procédure pour les arrivées tardives.
Are pets allowed at the campsite?
Yes, only one pet per rental is allowed at a supplement of €9/night. However, category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.

Are sheets and towels provided in mobile homes?
Comforters and pillows are included, but sheets and towels are available on request.

Can I stay in a mobile home for a long time?
Yes, we offer long-term rentals, ideal for students, business travelers or off-season stays.

Yes, a Wi-Fi connection is available on the campsite to keep you connected during your stay.
Are bicycles available for hire on site?
Yes, thanks to our partner “Loc and Go”, we offer rental of adult and children’s bikes, as well as accessories (helmets, locks, carts).
Is there a launderette on the campsite?
Yes, we provide self-service washing machines and dryers (extra charge).
